Horace has a wealth of experience playing professionally in various countries (including Canada, USA, Malaysia, Vietnam, New Zealand and Jamaica) over the last decade.  He boasts an ambitious work rate and possesses the skill and brains to dominate in any position or role he chooses to embody within the sport; be it player or coach.

 As a player, Horace gained a reputation for his ability to make an immediate impact when he had the ball and to create opportunities out of nothing. He demonstrates an exemplary understanding of his positional role and unbridled skill while in control of the ball; making him a true threat to his opponents; just by his mere presence.

 Horace’s journey as a coach commenced within the academies of the various professional teams; where he was exposed to and offered a diverse training style based on his eclectic professional portfolio. Great effort has also been placed into providing coaching assistance in Jamaica (home country) to high school, prep School and community development training programs; during the off seasons.   His performance and agility training drills have always been one of his greatest strengthens within the development of youth team players.

 His experiences and expertise have culminated into the development of his youth soccer development academy; HJ Elite which offers a plethora of services to maximize the potential of male and female players, from 5 to 18 years of age.  The goal of HJ Elite is to positively impact the sport in New Zealand at the youth level, one potential-filled player at a time.
